I was born and raised in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia but I never truly appreciated the beauty of this little island until I lived away for a little while. I missed having the ocean so close. Being able to go for a drive and see waves crashing against the rugged coast lines any time of the year is such an amazing experience that I am so grateful for. Now that I am back, I am raising my family here and loving my job.
Speaking of family, my hubby and I are married over 12 years now! We have two kiddos and two fur babies, and we love to adventure all around our little island. They are the reason I do what I do. My love for photography started so I could capture love in the in-between moments of life for my own family, so I am honoured to capture yours.

I started my business with Childrens Photography, but once I was introduced to the wedding industry I soon found out that wedding photography is where my heart is in the photography world, my love for the wedding industry is unmeasurable.

I love to be a resource for my clients, and I think that stems back to my own wedding, When I got married I didn't have a clue who any of the local vendors were and I had no idea how to actually make my plans come to life! I was living in Alberta trying to plan a Cape Breton wedding and I didn't have a clue how to do it.
Luckily for me I had my sister in law who pretty much did everything for me, but I know a lot of you are probably feeling the way I was feeling and maybe you don't have someone available to help. This is why I like to help my couples as much as I possibly can and point them towards some of our incredible Cape Breton wedding vendors that can make dreams come true.
